1. Returns and Refunds:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 24-HOURS OF THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
2. Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged during shipping.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
3. Returning Perishable Items:
Due to the nature of some of our cocoa products, such as chocolate bars, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened or used unless they are damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or damage during shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us.
5. How to Initiate a Return:

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.
6. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund.
If your order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return following the guidelines above.
